Shipping costs
- Shipping abroad: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the order. The exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart before completing the order.

Delivery times
- Within Germany: The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days.
- International deliveries: Delivery time can be between 7-21 working days depending on the destination country.

Shipping service provider
- We send our packages with reputable shipping service providers such as DHL, UPS and Hermes. The shipping service provider is automatically selected based on the destination country and the size of the package.

Shipment tracking
- As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Delivery restrictions
- We do not deliver to PO box addresses or packing stations.
- Certain products cannot be delivered to all countries due to legal regulations or logistical restrictions. You will receive detailed information about this during the ordering process.

Customs duties and import fees
- For deliveries outside the European Union, additional duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient. Please check with your local customs authorities for possible costs.

Damaged or missing shipments
- If items arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will endeavour to resolve the problem immediately, either by replacing the item or by providing a refund.

Returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Please see our Return Policy for more information on the return process.
For cancellations after shipping, the customer bears the costs for shipping and return shipping. These costs will be deducted from the purchase price when the refund is made. Transport damage must be documented with photos when the package is received.
